Today I got back on that grind!
Even though today is Tuesday it was my Monday! haha Since I didn't have a car yesterday I had to postpone grocery shopping and meal prepping today but I still got it done. I started out my morning with Day 8, Cardio Challenge and a chocolate Shakeology, which I blended together with almond milk and peanut butter because that was all I had. haha I beat my max out time from last week today and that made me feel really good!
Well don't mind the fact that I look angry in that picture. It took all of my strength this morning to get up before Brooklynn did because it was amazing to finally be back in my own bed again!
Once Brooklynn was up and fed we headed out to our Stroller Strides class to get our second work out on and chat with all the amazing mommies! Seriously such a fun group to be a part of!
Usually Brooklynn falls asleep on the way home and goes right down for her nap but I really wanted to get in my grocery shopping before heading back home. Big mistake! Totally messed up her schedule and she did not nap but she did play quietly in her crib for about an hour while I prepped food for the week.

One thing I find that makes it easier to stick to a meal plan is to get a fun board for your kitchen to write your meals on. Not only does it spruce up your kitchen but it helps me to stick to what I plan. Here is a look at our meal planning for dinners.
