#TRANSFORMATIONTUESDAY

For whatever reason today I thought it would be a good idea to get up with my husband when he left for work at 3:15AM.




That's right, you heard me.  I have been up since 3:15AM.  It's not even 8:00PM and I can barely keep my head up.  Tonight is going to be a GREAT night of sleep.  The nice thing about getting up so early is that I was able to get so much done before my daughter got up.  I got in my work out, caught up on ally my work, and even cleaned the house a little.  My work out today was TOUGH!  Day 2 of Month 2 had a lot of burpees in it and I'm not going to lie a few times I found myself just laying on the floor for the 45 seconds I should have been doing the work out move.  haha 



Since today is #transformationtuesday in the Social Media world I wanted to talk about how my body and mind has transformed in the first 30 days of my challenge.  On Saturday I completed month 1 of Insanity Max30.  I took my 30 day photos, which I'll share in a moment, and my 30 day stats.  Let me tell you, I don't think we realize the change our body has gone through till we take those stats.  I've been tracking my weight weekly as I go through this but since muscle weighs heavier then fat I haven't lost a whole ton of weight.  However, I have lost a lot of inches! Not to mention I have gained a lot of knowledge.  Working out for these past 30 days has made me overall happier.  Getting up before Brooklynn and knowing that I got in something for myself was a big game changer for me. Were there mornings I had no desire to get up? OF COURSE! Were there days I wanted to give up? DEFINITELY! But I stuck to it.  I've set a goal for myself and I want to reach it!  I am also enjoying inspiring others to start their fitness journey with me.  It is such a great feeling to hear someone say "because of you".  Not to mention the feeling I get when someone texts or messages me about how great they are now feeling.  It truly is an amazing feeling!

Now onto my 30 day pictures and stats!

Weight - 135.6
Chest - 32"
Waist - 30"
Hips - 33"
Thighs - 22"
Triceps - 11"
Calves - 13 1/2"

I am most impressed with my thighs.  Any work out programs I have EVER done I've never been able to loose anything in my thighs, which has always been the area I HATE the most on my body.  I am pretty stoked on the fact that I have been able to loose there.  Now here is a picture showing the difference from when I first started my fitness journey to now.  I started before I received my Insanity Max30 dvds so I felt it was important to share my progress. :) 




 I am very excited about what I have lost and how my body and mind has transformed.  I cannot wait for what month 2 has in store for me.  I think this month I am going to try and change my eating habits as well.  Last month I mainly focused on getting in my work out every day!  Now off to hit the sack so I can wake up early tomorrow!
