Placentia Pumpkin Patch

We visited another pumpkin patch today, this time we went with Brooklynn's Godmother Mori.  We had a lot of fun, we went to the same pumpkin patch I went to when I was growing up, it's off of Yorba Linda Blvd in-between Kraemer and Valencia.

We took Brooklynn into the petting zoo and she was very apprehensive at first, which I expected after that goat at Tanaka Farms swiped her binky (this time I kept the binky safely stowed away in my pocket).  She finally warmed up the the goats once I told her they were doggies (I know, bad mommy) haha anyway, after that she had absolutely no problem petting and hugging them.

Brooklynn also got to meet a little piggy for the first time too! The one thing she did not like about the petting zoo was the turtles ( I wasn't to fond of them myself).

Brooklynn of course loved walking around all the pumpkins.

Her absolute favorite part was hanging out in the John Deere truck and tending to the pumpkins in the bed of the truck.  She enjoyed taking them out and then putting back in. :) For a nice small local pumpkin patch we had a lot of fun. It doesn't cost anything to go in and walk around the pumpkins and play.  You do have to pay if you want to go in the petting zoo, drive the trucks around, go on the slides, or ride the ponies.  We are going to save riding the ponies for next year.
